Happiness II

A propósito disto - Happiness - encontrei uma entrada interessante de um filósofo Americano, John Perry, e os seus discursos de recepção aos caloiros em Stanford;
- Happiness is the product of the pursuit of your goals and not a reasonable goal in and of itself. 
Excelente... e tem tudo que ver com a outra entrada.


Já agora, as frases;
Explaining that he had lived his life and organized his talk around four issues, Perry ticked them off to accompanying laughter:

• Life is what happens while you're making other plans. 
• What you care about determines who you are.
• Happiness is the product of the pursuit of your goals and not a reasonable goal in and of itself. 
• Size Matters

Esta última, só mesmo percebendo a sua história de vida, e os condicionalismos que lhe provocaram.... 

Fizeram-me pensar, em particular esta última, no que somos na vida, pelo que de bom, e se calhar sobretudo também, pelo que de mau nos acontece.
